Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. Standard Shipping orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive. There may be additional delays at Customs depending on your country’s Customs Policies.

 

Expedited Shipping:

We offer Expedited Shipping for the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Expedited Shipping orders arrive in 3-5 days. You will have the option for Expedited Shipping at Checkout if you are shipping to these countries.

There are cases where we do not have the ordered items in the local warehouse, in which case we have to ship from oversees. If that happens, we will not be able to offer Expedited Shipping on that order. In that circumstance, an agent will contact you via email or text to offer you the following options:

* Get a refund of your Expedited Shipping payment and receive the order through Standard Shipping.

* Get a full refund and cancel your order.

In case we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours of sending you the email, we will automatically process your Expedited Shipping refund and send you the order with Standard Shipping.
